Our Refund Policy

How it works

Changes, Deposits & Refunds: At the time of registration, in addition to the $55 non-refundable registration fee, a non-refundable deposit is required of $185, which is applied towards camp fees.

Full payment is due by April 1, 2025. If full payment has not been made by that date, the credit card on file will be charged the full balance, unless prior payment arrangements have been made.

Prior to April 1, 2025, Camp fees are refundable, excluding the non-refundable deposit ($185) and registration fee ($55).

CAMP REFUND SCHEDULE Prior to April 1, 2025: Registration Fee is non-refundable, Deposit is non-refundable, Course Fees are refundable.

On or after April 1, 2025: Registration Fee is non-refundable, Deposit is non-refundable, Course Fees are non-refundable. Camp fees from 2025 will turn into a camp credit and will be held on your account through 2026.

Camp Cancellations: If a camp is canceled for any reason, parents can choose to transfer their camper to another camp offered by SaSS, or accept a full refund.

In the case of withdrawal requests made after April 1, 2025, the non-refundable deposit will be held on your account for up to one year and may be applied to future registrations within that time frame.

**Cancellations must be made in writing.

**Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the registered week of camp in order to receive a camp credit.
